BABBLE PURIFIED DRINKING H2O

What makes our Purified water the most popular in town? Well it may be that our Reverse Osmosis (RO) makes it as pure as water can get, but there is another reason, it tastes GREAT! The RO process takes the source water and separates water molecules from impurities, leaving only hydrogen and oxygen (H2O). The finished product is high in oxygen content. The result is refreshing water that has a great taste.

BABBLE's 16 stages Purification Process

Our machine has systems that are manufactured in the USA using the highest quality components available.
Reverse Osmosis - also known as hyperfiltration, is the finest filtration known
- used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities in order to improve the color.
- is effective for reducing the concentration of inorganic chemicals such as cadmium and chromium, along with very fine suspended particles such as asbestos that maybe found in drinking water. Reverse osmosis also removes certain organic contaminants and specific pesticides. It is not a very effective treatment method for arsenic, some pesticides, THMs, and VOCs.

Mixed Media:
This type of filter is specially engineered for specific contaminant reduction. For example, KDF filters reduce chlorine well; ATS filters reduce lead well. These filters show a high performance against the specific contaminants, but not against other contaminants.

Ion Exchange Treatment (Water Softeners):
Ion Exchange uses the chemical ion exchange process to exchange anions or cations on a "resin" bed for cations or anions of the contaminant that needs to be reduced (usually heavy metals or minerals like lead or mercury). Water softeners are neither filters nor purifiers and are used only to change the water hardness. Softeners put sodium into the water in exchange for magnesium or calcium ions. It is recommended that water softeners be bypassed when installing a water filter. Most softeners must be professionally installed. The process of ion exchange replaces unwanted contaminants in drinking water with less objectionable counterparts, such as sodium or chloride.
- Water softeners and anion exchange devices
- Water softeners are a point-of-use ion exchange unit that remove cations from drinking water.
Anion exchange devices are point-of-use or point-of-entry devices that remove anions from drinking water.

Ultraviolet Treatment:
Water passes through a chamber where it is exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Very turbid water can reduce the effectiveness of this type of treatment. This treatment is effective against many bacterial contaminants but is not effective in reducing cryptosporidium

Ozonation:
Ozonation "super-oxygenates" the water, which can kill bacteria with adequate contact time. This process is often used at public water utilities and not in the home at point-of-use or point-of-entry. This is a process that only addresses bacterial contamination. .

ULTIMA PACKAGE

The ULTIMA PACKAGE is the most advanced Water Filtration and Purification System designed for a Water Refilling Station Package. Ultima Package consists of 8 Units and 16 Stage Process . It is based on U.S. Technological System making use of (ARP) Automatic Regenerating Process, thereby producing High Quality Water at a very minimal maintenance cost.

1st Unit - Multi-Media Sediment Process

This process consist of an ARP Multi-Media Sediment System which includes Four (4) Sediment Removal Stages.

1st Stage - The water passes through a coarse gravel which traps solid particles of
about 100 micron.
2nd Stage - The water passes through a sand filters that removes sediment of 50
micron rating.
3rd Stage - The water passes through fine sand that eliminates solid particles of 25
micron.
4th Stage - The water passes through fine clear slit that eliminates solid particles down to 5 micron.

2nd Unit - Multi-Media Carbon Process

This process consists of another ARP Multi-Media System that makes use of Carbon which includes three (3) kinds of Carbon that remove both Inorganic and Organic chemicals that greatly affect the quality of water. The three carbons that makes up this system are as follows.

5th Stage - Makes use of a Lignite Carbon that removes foul taste and odor.
6th Stage - Makes use of a Bituminous Carbon that eliminates yellowish and
brownish discoloration brought by Inorganic Contaminants.
7th Stage - Makes use of Granular Activated Carbon, (GAC) that serves as the last
multi-media carbon stage where water undergoes longer contact time with the carbon that eliminates other contaminants that might still cause foul smell or taste.

3rd Unit - Water Conditioning and Softening Process

This also an ARP System that includes a Water Softening and Conditioning Process.

8th Stage - Makes use of Resin Beads that attract Mineral contents that converts
Hard Water into Soft Water.

9th Stage - Makes use of Ion Exchange Beads that does not only convert Hard Water
into Soft Water but conditions water by extracting the Organic and
inorganic chemicals present in the water.

10th Stage - Makes use of another Carbon that eliminates any Ferrous Iron (Dissolved
Iron) in water.
11th Stage - Makes use of fine gravel that serves as a sieve which eliminates any
residue that might come out during regeneration time. This is a
cleansing agent.

4th Unit - Ultra Micron Process

12th Stage - Consists of One (1) Big Blue Housing that includes 1 micron cartridge
that eliminates any microscopic residue that might go to the Reverse
Osmosis Membrane.

5th Unit - Reverse Osmosis

13th Stage - The heart of the system. Makes use of a Reverse Osmosis Equipment,
has a Semi-Permeable Membrane that only allow Pure Water to pass
and pushing Unpure Water out of the system to the reverse side which is
the reject drain line.

6th Unit - Polishing Process

14th Stage - Includes One (1) Big Blue Housing that consists of a Carbon Cartridge
that serves as a polishing stage to make the water crystal clear and
shiny.

7th Unit - Anti-Microbial Process

15th Stage - This stage will eliminate a disease-causing micro-organisms called Cyst.
Makes use of a filter with 5 micron rating.

8th Unit - Water Sterilization Process

16th Stage - Micro-organisms and other disease-causing bacteria are killed, thereby,
assuring you of a quality water which is SAFE and PURE.
